Annual Fish Fry Successful in 2004

    Sugarloaf Volunteer Fire Department,  held its annual Fish Fry event on Sunday, February 15, 2004. this is the second fish fry the explorers have participated in.

    Lots of meal were sold. The meals included a choice of deep fried fresh Dolphin or barbecued chicken along with  baked beans and cornbread. The baked beans and corn bread were prepared by SLVFD Member Gary  Teplitsky with the help of most of the explorers. They started cooking morning Saturday. 

    In addition to good food, many people enjoyed shopping the Book Sale, Bake Sale, White Elephant Sale, and Plant sale for treasures and bargains.  the post had their own booth along with the Coat Guard axiology and the Forestry Division.
