Explorer Post 569 Honors Important Birthday

The members of the Sugarloaf Fire Rescue Explorer Post 569 wanted to recognize an important birthday that someone special was having. Sugarloaf Fire Rescue member Diana Nelson has worked tirelessly over the past two years to get the Explorer Post established, up and running.
Diana followed through on getting the Board to approve the concept, getting the piles of paperwork completed and filed, getting members recruited and trained, locating adult supervisors, raising funds, solving problems, and much more. When her birthday came up this month, the Explorers prepared a party for her at the station complete with cake and all the trimmings.
The cake, home baked by Explorers Kate Bryant, was a big hit with everybody at the station. It was delicious!
